If you have been following me along this journey since the beginning, you clearly know that The Slaymaker Method has grown exponentially since we started. From a website and a dream, we grew into a globally recognized brand and giving interviews in the biggest magazines in the industry and the world. Recently, I took a step back and took stock in everything that I have done, everything YOU have done, and thought "Well, gee, Kyle, what happens next? you've done more than you ever could have imagined, so where do we go from here?"
The answer was simple. Grow. It was time to build a bigger team and make it so we could have multiple trainings with multiple businesses going on at any single time. I had been approached by two really hungry and talented sales professionals. Hiring them was a no-brainer. Ken with over 20 years of successful sales experience in the tech industry, and Shaun with a world-class skill set and supervisory skills that any company would die to have. I was pleased to be able to hire them and help guide them as they go from sales professional to lead trainers at The Slaymaker Method.
This was not an easy decision but I realized that I had found myself at a crossroads in business ownership. I had gained the notoreity, written books, and many people were talking about me. I had a healthy following and I would find myself getting tagged countless times as people recommended The Slaymaker Method's services and products. I was on cloud nine. I knew, however, that a choice had to be made. Did I stay where I was and be content, or do I go on the offensive and grow and sell more. I chose the latter.
See, I knew that I wanted The Slaymaker Method to be bigger. For my family. For my team. For me. I knew that I was facing a decision that many entrepreneurs face. What was I supposed to do? I did the only thing that I knew how to do. Keep working.
Sometimes, the going gets tough and it is hard to push on, but if you don't push forward in the good times, how will you push through the bad?
